Benjamin D. Stallard joined the firm in 2016 as an associate attorney. He is a 2015 graduate of the Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law. While attending Lincoln Memorial University, Mr. Stallard provided leadership roles in the Immigration Law Society by serving as an executive member and Student Bar Association by representing his class as a Senator. While serving as a Senator, Mr. Stallard received an appointment to the Rules and By-Laws Committee at Lincoln Memorial University which oversees all amendments, interpretations, and decisions relating to important law school documents such as rules, procedures, and By-Laws, etc.  Mr. Stallard’s practice focuses on representing immigration clients or their families. He also represents clients in Family and Criminal matters. He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and Phi Alpha Delta International.

Benjamin grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee. He and his wife Rita reside in Hardin Valley. Benjamin worked for seven years as a clerk to the local Knox County Magistrates before becoming an attorney. Benjamin volunteers his time for professional improvement and assistance to the two local law schools in Knoxville. He is active in the local Phi Alpha Delta Knoxville Alumni Chapter.
