P. Timothy Grandchamp became special counsel to the firm in 2016. He is a 1992 graduate of the John Marshall Law School. Mr. Grandchamp is licensed in both Tennessee and Illinois and has considerable litigation experience. He has successfully tried jury, non-jury trials and arbitrations in Illinois State and Federal Courts. Mr. Grandchamp’s practice concentrates in civil litigation, handling a wide variety of matters, including personal injury actions, construction litigation and mechanics liens, collection actions, landlord-tenant actions and evictions, contract drafting and review, probate matters and drafting of wills, residential real estate transactions and small claims actions. He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association.

Tim was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. In August of 2015, he and his family moved to the Knoxville, Tennessee area. Tim enjoys spending time with his family and attending his children’s school activities, and loves spending time outdoors landscaping and enjoying the beauty and splendor of Eastern Tennessee.
