Brian D. Sableman

Brian D. Sableman joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2020. He is a 2019 graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law and is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Missouri. Brian is a trial attorney with a hand in both civil and criminal law.

Prior to attending law school, Brian negotiated commercial leases on behalf of national tenants for one of the world’s largest commercial real estate firms. These adversarial negotiations with landlords sparked Brian’s interest in becoming a trial attorney. In law school, Brian tried a prisoner civil rights lawsuit in federal court, winning punitive damages against a prison warden. Brian also gained experience working on discovery, legal research, and briefs in complex trademark and copyright suits while clerking for a boutique IP firm. After graduating law school, Brian moved to Tennessee where he started his own practice focusing on criminal defense and general civil litigation. He is in court on a weekly basis defending his criminal clients or pursuing civil litigation.
