Brian Quist joined the firm in 1990 and has been a member of the firm since 1995. He is presently the firm’s managing member. He is a 1987 graduate of the Duke University School of Law. Mr. Quist’s practice focus is on representing corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, businesses, and people in business. His representation of clients usually pertains to litigation but also includes business formations, contracts, transactions, and purchase and sale agreements. He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association.

Brian grew up in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. He and his wife Molly and their three children reside in Farragut. Brian volunteers his time coaching and refereeing youth sports.
