MICHAEL FITZPATRICK

Michael Fitzpatrick joined the firm in 1979. His area of practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditor rights matters. He served on the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees from 1985 through 2019 and was the longest serving member in East Tennessee. He is frequently a speaker for continuing legal education on bankruptcy related topics. He retired in 2019 but remains of counsel with the firm.
